  3. Device Information — Device type, operating system, and browser type, used to optimize compatibility and performance.

  5. Payment Information — Billing details handled by trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Prompts, projects and media

Enabled workspace features process the prompts, reference files, saved project settings and generated media you submit or approve. Drafts may also remain in your own browser storage until cleared. Do not submit sensitive information or material you have no right to use.

How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the service.
  • Process transactions and send related confirmations.
  • Send technical notices, security alerts, and support messages.
  • Respond to your questions, feedback, and support requests.

Service providers

Cloudflare supplies hosting, database and private object storage. Approved generation can send necessary prompts and references to fal or Kie; model families include MiniMax H3 and ByteDance Seedance 2.5. References can be supplied through temporary restricted links. Waffo Pancake handles payment, billing and tax processing and can receive generation prompts for safety screening. Waffo describes this safety check as stateless, without retaining the prompt text after the response. Our application retains the request and a verification receipt for its workflow.

These providers may process information outside your country under their applicable service and privacy terms. Optional sign-in or email providers process only the features you choose or we enable; this software does not imply that every optional provider is active.

Retention and deletion

Account and project information remains while needed for the active service. You can remove supported media in the workspace or contact us to request account closure, export or deletion. Minimal order, credit and refund records may be retained for reconciliation, abuse prevention and applicable legal obligations. Provider recovery copies can remain until their backup window expires; removal from the live workspace does not promise immediate erasure from every backup or model provider.

This service is intended for adults aged 18 or above. Contact us if you believe a minor has submitted personal information.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, export, or delete your personal information. Use supported account controls or contact the email below for requests that require manual handling. Requests remain subject to identity verification and applicable record-retention requirements.
