# H3 Max App > H3 Max App is an independent AI video creation service. Create individual video clips from a text prompt or opening image, review the credit quote, and save or download completed videos. ## Create a video 1. Choose text-to-video or image-to-video and enter your idea. 2. For image-to-video, upload a PNG, JPG or WebP opening frame (up to 2 MB per image). 3. Select a model, duration, resolution and aspect ratio in Studio. 4. Sign in with Google and review the current credit quote before approving generation. 5. Generation is charged in credits after you review and approve its quote; credit packs are not unlimited generation. ## Refunds For a wholly unused purchase, contact support@h3maxapp.com within seven days to request a refund. Consumed credits and completed billable generation are normally not refundable. Exceptions and mandatory consumer rights are described in the [terms](https://h3maxapp.com/terms-of-service). Yes. Use a PNG, JPG or WebP opening frame, up to 2 MB each. Studio can retain up to four references in a project; the selected model determines how many are used in a render. ## How do I sign in? Use Google via [Login](https://h3maxapp.com/sign-in). Account and project pages require authentication. ## When are credits used? Credits are reserved when you approve generation. Unbilled failures return those credits. If the final charge is being reconciled, credits remain reserved until it is confirmed. ## How do annual plans work? Pay once for the year, then receive credits each month. Unused monthly credits expire at the next allocation. Download completed videos from Studio or your Library while signed in. Your projects and saved videos are private by default. ## Is this real-time streaming? No. Videos are generated as individual clips. Studio shows generation progress. ## Can a bot call a public generation API? These documents support reading and comparing the product. They do not provide a public developer generation API or an MCP server. Creating videos and purchasing credits use the signed-in product workflow with explicit approval. ## Where can I get help?
