# H3 Max App pricing

Prices below are in USD before any applicable checkout taxes. Use the [live pricing page](https://h3maxapp.com/pricing) and checkout for current availability and the final amount.

## Plans

| Pro | Annual, paid once for the year | $199.90 | 6,600 |
| Ultra | Annual, paid once for the year | $399.90 | 13,750 |

Annual credits are issued in 12 monthly allocations, not all at purchase. Unused monthly credits expire at the next renewal or allocation. Annual plans do not automatically renew. Monthly plans renew unless cancelled. Manage your plan in your account.

## Credit packs

Credit packs require an active paid subscription when purchased. Pack credits are separate from monthly plan credits. Generation is charged in credits after you review and approve its quote; credit packs are not unlimited generation.

## Refunds

For a wholly unused purchase, contact support@h3maxapp.com within seven days to request a refund. Consumed credits and completed billable generation are normally not refundable. Exceptions and mandatory consumer rights are described in the [terms](https://h3maxapp.com/terms-of-service). Approved refunds reverse the related credits or access.
