How video credits work
Understand your quote, credit allocation and finished videos.
Credits pay for video generation. You can prepare a shot and review its cost before committing them.
Check the quote
The model, clip length, resolution and audio settings affect the credit cost. Review the final proposal before you approve it. A new version is a new generation with its own quote.
Monthly and annual plans
Each plan adds a monthly credit allocation. Annual plans are paid upfront for the year, with credits added each month. Unused monthly credits expire at the next allocation.
Pilot plans do not automatically renew. Your access continues through the period you paid for.
Extra credits
An active subscription lets you buy a credit pack. Pack credits are valid for 365 days from purchase. They keep their own expiry even when a plan ends.
Failed or cancelled requests
Credits are reserved when you approve generation. Confirmed unbilled failures return the reservation. A submitted request may continue generating after you ask to cancel; while its final charge is being checked, the credits remain reserved.
